Unfortunately in March 2013, we lost my father aged 87, after a short illness whilst living at Berrystead in Syston. We tried to plan ahead and be prepared, so the nursing home kindly suggested three local firms other families had used. We made contact with them all and what stood out, was that Chris was the only one to take the trouble of personally delivering our quotation and run through the items. That attention to detail was typical of the whole experience. He assisted in the location of the burial ground, the service formalities and his team were exemplary on the funeral day. You only get one chance to do it with taste and decorum and I felt that with their help we were able to follow my father’s wishes to the letter. We made the right decision in choosing Chris and his family and I would recommend them unreservedly.
